Where and When do Awana Clubs Meet?

The club season will begin at the beginning September with a Parent/Clubber Orientation startup meeting. The club season will end at the beginning May with an awards ceremony. The club night begins promptly at 6:15 and end at 8:00 in the commons of Ironbridge Baptist Church.

During inclement weather the Awana program will follow the same closing as the Chesterfield school system.

Nightly Closing Guidelines

4 year olds through the 2nd grade will be dismissed from their classroom. 3rd through the 9th grade should be picked up from the church commons.

For the safety of all children, no clubber will be dismissed from the church without a parent or guardian or permission from the club director. No exceptions!
