Mark Jordan

Mark graduated with a B.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1980. He earned the Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degrees from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Since 1987, Mark has served as the senior pastor of Ironbridge. Mark and his wife, Pal, have three children and a beautiful granddaughter.
Paul Cochran
Associate Pastor, Worship
Since 1998, Paul has conducted the Worship Ministry at Ironbridge. Besides leading worship on Sunday mornings, Paul directs and plans musicals with the Adult Choir, Youth Performing Arts Choir (YPAC), and Children’s Choirs. Paul and his wife, Sarah, are blessed with 2 sons.
Chris Palmer

Chris, a graduate of Liberty University, became the Student Pastor at Ironbridge in February 2010. Chris and his wife Dee have four children. Chris is very serious about the Christian life, and his heart’s desire is to see God change the world that he lives in. Chris leads his youth ministry to become “world-changers” just as the disciples were used by God to change the world. He speaks at youth camps, retreats, conferences, public schools, churches, and more.
Brett Dietrich
Children’s Director
Pastor Brett spent 23 years in corporate technology management and consulting prior to following God’s call into fulltime ministry. Brett and his family (wife – Stephanie…and four children) are honored to be involved with the children’s ministry of Ironbridge Baptist Church. Our efforts in children’s ministry are a culmination of countless hours of visioning and prayer…with a goal to continually provide high-impact programs that reach the children and families of our community with the Gospel message. We would love to have you join us for one (or all) of our many ministry programs or events. And, we would love to hear your feedback on what your child experienced while visiting with us.
Sherry Hoover
Office Manager
Sherry has served at Ironbridge since 1994. She runs the daily operations of the church office and supports the staff.
Vickie Shannon
Receptionist
Vickie was blessed to join the IBC staff in August 2006. She enjoys spending time with the children while the parents meet with other staff members. She is happily married and loves dogs.
Stacy Murr
Outreach Secretary
Stacy is a native Virginian and joined the Ironbridge team in September of 2006. She and her husband, Stewart, have been married for 18 years and have 4 children. She enjoys photography, cooking, reading and going to the beach.
