"Declare his glory among the nations,
his marvelous deeds among all peoples."
(1 Chronicles 16:24)

F.A.I.T.H. Ironbridge offers an exciting and effective outreach discipleship ministry called F.A.I.T.H. This ministry was designed and developed by the First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach, Florida and has become the perennial favorite for thousands of Churches across America. More than 100 people at Ironbridge have already been equipped in this highly effective evangelism strategy.

The genius of F.A.I.T.H. is its simplicity. Using the simple acrostic F.A.I.T.H., believers are able to share the gospel with greater clarity and confidence than they ever thought possible. F.A.I.T.H. training is designed to break through the "fear barrier" that often keeps believers from sharing their faith with others. F.A.I.T.H. empowers Christians to share the gospel in an non-confrontational way with friends, neighbors, work associates, and family members.

This ministry uses a 12-week discipleship schedule. Believers being equipped to share their faith are called Learners. They attend a weekly class lecture that provides them with the information they need to be more effective in sharing their faith. Learners are assigned to an outreach team composed of a Team Leader and two Learners. Team Leaders have the experience and maturity to encourage and equip the learners during these twelve weeks of discipleship. This 12-week mentoring process is a highly effective way to learn and experience the joy of sharing the gospel with others.

F.A.I.T.H. will meet intermittently during the summer for visitation/outreach in the surrounding community. The official F.A.I.T.H. ministry will resume with a new semester in the Fall.

Non-members as well as IBC members are invited to participate. There is no cost for participating - all materials are provided by Ironbridge.
