Bible Study
The IBC women love to study the Bible. There are Bible studies provided on Wendesday mornings and Thursday evenings during the week. The women have used materials by Beth Moore, Anne Graham Lotz, Kay Arthur, and other well-known Bible teachers. There are usually two studies per year: one in the fall and one in the spring.
Women of Worth
"Women of Worth" is a discipleship/outreach ministry providing informal fellowship and Bible study during the week at the church and in homes, as well as quarterly services of praise, worship, testimonials, and prayer.

WOW Mission: To be a ministry reaching out to women to strengthen their self-esteem, dignity, and self-worth. This group shall consist of both Christian and non-Christian adult women, regardless of marital status, who will meet for the purposes of loving support for one another during difficult times; prayer and Scripture reading; community missions; discussion and speakers on women's issues; friendship and social functions - all of which shall be for the glory of God.
- It will be the intent for the group or groups to remain small in number so as to address more individual needs.
- It shall be with sincere understanding that any issues discussed in the meetings shall remain confidential.
- It is felt that our Lord God has great and wonderful things in store for the women of Ironbridge - that needs will be met that otherwise may go unaddressed within the normal functions of the church
Ladies' Retreat
One of the most exciting weekends of the year for the women of Ironbridge is the annual Spring Retreat. Every lady is encouraged to attend and to use it as an opportunity to reach unchurched friends.
G.E.M.S. (Godly Encouragement for MotherS)
If you have children who are in preschool and would like to meet other mothers for Godly Encouragement this is for you. We meet once a month for fellowship and speakers. We meet Sept - May. Examples of our meetings this past year were: Grandmother Panel, School Panel, personal testimonies, and much more. Childcare is available which means you will get a break as well from your children.
