Paul graduated from VCU in 1990 with a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance.  Following college he felt the call into the Ministry and earned a Masters in Church Music degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville KY.  He then ministered for four years at Four Mile Creek Baptist Church in Varina before accepting a call to Ironbridge Church.   Paul has been Worship Pastor at Ironbridge Church since 1998 and in that time he has seen many changes in church music.  The biggest is the shift to a Praise Band oriented worship service.  He has made that shift at Ironbridge and is passionate about creating opportunities for people to worship.  He and his wife, Sarah, have 2 boys, Paul Jr. and Thomas.  He also enjoys golf, tennis, boating, and a good jam session with whoever is available.
